Your flower room at Ansitz Angerburg or your cuddle room at Hotel Das Badl is available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. If you will arrive after 7.00 p.m., we kindly ask you to send us a short message regarding dinner. Early check-in or late check-out is also possible upon request and subject to availability.

We promise you the latest availabilities, personal consultation from your hosts and staff, flexibility for special wishes, uncomplicated rebooking, transparent costs, goodwill in the event of cancellations, and the planning of your very own personal surprise.

If you wish to use our cuddle or flower rooms for single use, a surcharge of 30% will be added to the overnight price.

Vacanza con il cane – da noi è il benvenuto

Gli animali domestici non sono benvenuti! Per garantire un soggiorno piacevole a tutti, vi chiediamo gentilmente di segnalare la presenza del vostro cane al momento della prenotazione, poiché solo alcune camere sono adatte ad accogliere animali. I cani non segnalati potranno essere accolti solo con un supplemento giornaliero maggiorato.

Per il vostro amico a quattro zampe addebitiamo 15 € al giorno (senza cibo). Vi preghiamo di notare che l’area wellness e la piscina non sono accessibili ai cani.

Desiderate avere il vostro cane con voi durante i pasti? Saremo lieti di riservarvi un tavolo nella nostra sala da pranzo interna – vi chiediamo solo di informarci in anticipo.

Importante: in Italia, il guinzaglio e la museruola sono obbligatori sui mezzi pubblici e nelle funivie – ricordate di portarli con voi.

The Badl breakfast buffet is not just intended for hotel guests. You are welcome to visit us just to feast! Our breakfast from 7.30 to 10.30 a.m. can be enjoyed for €30.00.  Please make a reservation!

We try to consider your wishes as best as possible; however, we ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee you a specific floor, location, or room number.

On request and at extra charge, our service team will be happy to bring your desired food and drinks to your room.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash (preferred payment method), by EC card, or by credit card (except American Express and Diners Club). Please note that according to Italian law, in force since 1 January 2022, cash payments are only allowed up to an amount of € 1.999.99.

The following are our cancellation conditions:

„Notification under Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005)“ - You do not have a right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:“:

If you cancel your trip before 6 weeks (42 days) until arrival, we only charge a lump sum of €25,00.
If you cancel before 3 weeks (21 days) until arrival, 50% of the booked stay will be charged.

Any cancellations, no-shows or early departures less than 21 within arrival will be charged 100% of the booked stay,

regardless if we were able to sell the room. Any changes to your booking and any cancellations are only valid in written form.

Cancellation conditions: Cancellations are only valid in written form. You do not have a right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

There will be no cancellation fee if the trip is cancelled 21 days before arrival.
Cancellations within 21 days of arrival are charged a fee of 50%. Cancellations within 7 days, not showing up at all or early departures will face a 100% fee.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover costs if something unforeseen should arise.
