Your flower room at Ansitz Angerburg or your cuddle room at Hotel Das Badl is available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. If you will arrive after 8.30 p.m., we kindly ask you to send us a short message regarding dinner. Early check-in or late check-out is also possible upon request and subject to availability.

We promise you the latest availabilities, personal consultation from your hosts and staff, flexibility for special wishes, uncomplicated rebooking, transparent costs, goodwill in the event of cancellations, and the planning of your very own personal surprise.

If you wish to use our cuddle or flower rooms for single use, a surcharge of 30% will be added to the overnight price.

Pets are welcome. We charge €10.00 per day for the stay of your four-legged friend. Please let us know at the time of booking whether you would like to bring your pet with you. Please note, they are only allowed in certain rooms. Pets are not allowed in the conservatory, wellness area, or the laurel garden of Hotel Das Badl. In a separate dining room, your four-legged friend may join you on request and subject to availability. Your four-legged friend is welcome to let off steam in Ansitz Angerburg’s extensive park.

For meals that are not consumed, it is not possible for us to provide a discount. If you only wish to stay overnight with breakfast, €20.00 will be deducted from the nightly rate.

The services included in the packages cannot be modified, redeemed for cash, or exchanged.

The Badl breakfast buffet is not just intended for hotel guests. You are welcome to visit us just to feast! Our breakfast from 7.30 to 10.30 a.m. can be enjoyed for €22.00. Our à la carte restaurant is only open at dinnertime and upon request. Please make a reservation!

We try to consider your wishes as best as possible; however, we ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee you a specific floor, location, or room number.

Reservations for Hotel Das Badl are only binding if they have been confirmed by fax, e-mail, or post by our hotel and a deposit of €300.00 per room has been transferred. Please understand that we are not able to cover any bank transfer fees.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash (preferred payment method), by EC card, or by credit card (except American Express and Diners Club). Please note that according to Italian law, in force since 1 January 2022, cash payments are only allowed up to an amount of €999.99.

Room cancellations are only valid in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to 21 days before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged, only the deposit will be retained (according to Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code) and credited for the next stay.
From 21 days before arrival, there are charges amounting to 50% of the total amount booked.
From 7 days before arrival as well as in the case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged. The cancellation conditions have been established in accordance with Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005).

If your arrival is not possible due to the Corona pandemic (positive Covid-19 test, travel restrictions, etc.), you can cancel your stay free of charge until the day of arrival.
 

Tip: 

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to cover costs if something unforeseen should arise.
