Fruit and vegetables from our own garden

The hotel has its own fruit and vegetable garden. Depending on the season, freshly harvested ingredients are used in our kitchen.

This allows us to bring seasonal produce from our own garden directly to the table and complement our culinary offering.

Each of our rooms at Hotel Angerburg in Appiano has its own individual character. Traditional elements are combined with modern comforts to create welcoming spaces.

Part of the garden is dedicated to our orchard, where different varieties of fruit can be discovered depending on the season.

A breakfast full of South Tyrolean flavours

Our breakfast combines South Tyrolean specialities with regional products.

Look forward to South Tyrolean bread, homemade jams, honey from our own apiary, and regional cheeses and cold cuts, among other specialities.

South Tyrolean cuisine with Italian touches

Our half-board option combines traditional South Tyrolean dishes with Italian specialities.

When selecting our ingredients, we focus on regional and seasonal products whenever available. Depending on the season, ingredients from our own fruit and vegetable garden are also used.

Active holidays in Appiano and Oltradige

The location of our hotel offers numerous possibilities for active holidays. Hiking, mountain biking, Nordic walking and other outdoor activities can be enjoyed in the surrounding area.

With the Mobilcard, depending on its validity, guests can use public transport throughout South Tyrol and explore the region by bus and train.

Bicycle facilities

For bicycles, we provide a secure lockable bike room with workshop facilities, bicycle pump and cleaning station.

This allows you to store your bike safely during your stay and carry out minor maintenance or cleaning directly at the hotel.
